Amazing cushioning and energy return is provided by the MIZUNO ENERZY FOAM equipped throughout the entire midsole, which has been made 2 mm thicker. This keeps the foot comfortable while also giving a more propulsive, springy feel. The enhanced shape of the MIZUNO WAVE offers even better stability, with an anatomical plate shape that follows the shape of the foot.
