The all new daily support trainer has landed in store and we love it. With a more cushioned bouncy feel than the previous model this is going to a firm favourite.
The Brooks Adrenaline is a real hit amongst runners who need a light-supportive trainer, with its guide-rail technology that wraps around the foot to offer support for mild over-pronation. The guide-rail technology helps the foot push off the ground correctly and in a better form for your body. Helping prevent cause injuries with misalignment issues whilst out on your runs.

The updates on the new Adrenaline means there is slightly more room in the toe box to allow your feet to move more freely, but stays the same length wise, meaning no reason to go up or down a size.
The shoe does come in three different width options, both for men’s and women’s.
The GTS 24 still has an extra loop hole at the back to allow for a tighter fit around the heel to give more structure where needed as well as a tight lacing system across the tongue of the model.
The Adrenaline GTS 24 still has a 12mm heel to toe drop, favouring heel strikers, but is comfortable for a midfoot striker too.
Our favourite update to this customer favourite, is the new DNA Loft v3 midsole, which makes the shoe a lot more versatile then its previous models, allowing for more cushioning and a bouncy feel whilst out on your runs, making this more of an all rounder for easier runs as well as steady, tempo based sessions. That extra bounce means you should be able to pick up your pace easier on runs.
In a way that is typical of a Brooks update, the changes doesn’t mean what makes the original shoes great leave the shoe, but just enhance the model to make it an easy decision for customers to go from one model to another. In summary, the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 24’s updates make this shoe a firm mainstay in the light-support category and a popular model to have in our stores and online.
