What is our price match guarantee?
At Run Active our aim is to offer the best service online and in-store, and we would like to offer a price match guarantee to our customers if you find different prices elsewhere. This offer will be extended to our stores and online.

- Must be in stock at a UK based website or store.
How to claim our Run Active Price Match Guarantee
If you do find a product cheaper online or in-store there are a few ways to let us know.
If you are in-store please let the member of staff know and show them the product you are referring too so our team member can double check the website and the product.
If you are looking on our website please contact our web team on (insert email address)
You will need to provide a link to the website if you are emailing in with a clear description of the product, size you are looking to buy and the colourway.

Terms and Conditions of our Run Active Price Match Guarantee
If you wish to claim for a discount under the Price Match Guarantee, you need to ensure the following criteria are met:
- That the product matches the exact same product you are looking for on our Run Active website. The style, colour, size, width and product information must all be the same.
- The product must be in stock at the time of emailing or enquiring in store.
- The product must be on a trusted web platform or in store, third party sellers such as eBay and Amazon won’t apply to the scheme
- Where the item is offered by non-UK based websites and non-UK based retailers.
- Where the items offered by the competitor are graded goods, seconds, package deals, clearance items, discontinued or specially discounted goods including goods discounted.
The following conditions apply:
- The value of Price Match must be over £75.
- Price Match does not apply to accessories and electronics.
- Further discounts cannot be applied to Price Match purchases.
- Price Matches are valid for 48 hours after Run Active has approved the claim.
- We only allow one price match guarantee per product.
- We will consider the competitor’s shipping costs when calculating the Price Match.
- We will only match against the competitor’s advertised price. We will not include any promotional activities such as loyalty card points, cashback schemes, voucher codes, multi-buy offers.
We aim to respond in two working days to any online enquiries and the price match will be valid for 48 hours after Run Active has approved the claim.
