Shortly after I received a call to say the pair had been sold in store before my order processed. I then had a call two days later and a member of the team delivered the replacement pair to my door.

Can I get a discount?

What is your delivery policy?

We offer free standard delivery on orders over £30. For orders under £30 there is a £2.99 charge. We also offer a £4.50 Royal Mail 24-hour service (excluding Saturdays).

What is your returns policy?

We have a 28-day free return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
